Return & Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the in-store purchase date or date of delivery to request a full refund, exchange or store credit.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Eligible returns can be processed at our Langley or Abbotsford retail location.
To start a return online, sign in to your account on Soccercity.ca (https://shopify.com/96850837816/account).
Select Request Return, choose a reason for the return, and add any notes if needed. Then select Request Return to submit.
Eligible items will be reviewed and approved by a staff member. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions for sending the item back.
After the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Manufacturer defects are eligible for inspection within 3 months of purchase.
After 3 months, defect claims are not valid.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable or final sale :

Custom products, including special orders, teamwear, and personalized items

All clearance items (Items 30% or greater off MSRP)
- Gift Cards
Orders of $1,000 and over may incur a restocking fee.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
