What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase or delivery on most of the items on our store. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags attached and proof of purchase. Returns can be completed online through your Soccer City account or in-store at our Langley or Abbotsford locations.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Customized or personalized products (including teamwear and special orders), clearance items discounted 30% or more, and gift cards are final sale. Orders over $1,000 may be subject to a restocking fee.

How do I start a return?

Log into your account at Soccercity.ca and select “Request Return.” Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically process within 1–4 business days. Custom or special-order items may take 5–10 business days. Delivery times are 1–3 business days within BC and 2–6 business days outside BC. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

What if my item is damaged or defective?

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us right away so we can resolve it. Manufacturer defect claims must be submitted within 3 months of purchase.

Do you offer free shipping or in-store pickup?

Yes. We offer free shipping within BC on orders over $250 and outside BC on orders over $300. Free in-store pickup is available at checkout. We currently ship within Canada only.
