Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation.
Custom-printed items or items that must be specially ordered are typically processed within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation and, if required, print proof approval.

Order Tracking

In-Store Pickup
Local customers may select free in-store pickup at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for collection at our store location.

While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to production schedules, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant delays affecting your order.

Returns
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the in-store purchase date or date of delivery to request a full refund, exchange or store credit.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
Eligible returns can be processed at our Langley or Abbotsford retail location.
To start a return online, sign in to your account on Soccercity.ca (https://shopify.com/96850837816/account).
Select Request Return, choose a reason for the return, and add any notes if needed. Then select Request Return to submit.
Eligible items will be reviewed and approved by a staff member. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions for sending the item back.
After the item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable or final sale :
- Custom products, including special orders, teamwear, and personalized items
- All clearance items (Items 30% or greater off MSRP)
- Gift Cards
Orders of $1,000 and over may incur a restocking fee.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note that banks and credit card providers may require additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was processed, please contact us at contact@soccercity.ca.
Warranty
Manufacturers Warranty
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Manufacturer defects are eligible for inspection within 3 months of purchase.
After 3 months, defect claims are not valid.

What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase or delivery on most of the items on our store. Items must be unworn, unused, in original packaging with tags attached and proof of purchase. Returns can be completed online through your Soccer City account or in-store at our Langley or Abbotsford locations.
Are any items final sale?
Yes. Customized or personalized products (including teamwear and special orders), clearance items discounted 30% or more, and gift cards are final sale. Orders over $1,000 may be subject to a restocking fee.
How do I start a return?
Log into your account at Soccercity.ca and select “Request Return.” Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 1–4 business days. Custom or special-order items may take 5–10 business days. Delivery times are 1–3 business days within BC and 2–6 business days outside BC. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping or in-store pickup?
Yes. We offer free shipping within BC on orders over $250 and outside BC on orders over $300. Free in-store pickup is available at checkout. We currently ship within Canada only.
