Exceptional Touch
Nike Gripknit is a sticky material that provides better touch to the ball. It takes up more surface area, so you have more room to control the ball when dribbling at high speeds or finish a play with a shot on goal. It molds to the shape of your foot and gives you equal grip in wet or dry conditions for a sculpted, track spike-like fit. Micromolding texture works with Gripknit to help form to your foot for even better cleat-to-ball strikes.
Fast Traction
The wave-like traction pattern is a series of cascading studs, so it engages more surface area of the Air Zoom unit while also providing the appropriate amount of grip. The biggest stud is the same height as our traditional middle studs, so traction is not compromised. We paired the wave-like traction with evolved chevron and blade studs to help you stop when making quick cuts.
Snug Fit
The full Flyknit upper is engineered for speed. Atomknit, an incredibly lightweight and strong Flyknit, on the sides tapers weight and provides support. The Gripknit, Atomknit and Flyknit combine to form the thinnest Mercurial upper to date, bringing you closer to the ball and lessening break-in time. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In order to supply our customers with a broad range of products from top brands such as Adidas, Puma, Nike, etc., it's not possible for us to keep every product size/colour variation in our Abbotsford warehouse all of the time. 

Due to this, any items that cannot be immediately filled from our local inventory will be filled from Soccer City inventory being held by our corresponding brand partner. 

In this event, non-customized goods will (in most instances) be drop-shipped directly to your from their warehouse. If your order includes customization, this work will be completed by our production staff as soon as we receive the item(s) from our brand partner. In all cases, shipping/tracking numbers will be communicated to you as soon as they are known.

Should lack of stock availability create an unforeseen delay to your order you will be notified by one of our team members and be given the opportunity to wait for stock replenishment, to choose an alternate in-stock product, or to have your order refunded in full.

Soccer City only ships products within Canada and offers the following standard services for pick-up and delivery:

  • FedEx Ground (note: FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes)
  • Canada Post (regular delivery)
  • Pick-up at our Production Centre in Abbotsford (see below regular business hours)
  • Pick-up at our Langley store: Unit 110 - 20178 96th Avenue, Langley

If you request "pick-up" from one of our locations, please wait to be contacted that your order is ready before attempting to pick up your order.

RETURNS FOR EXCHANGE

All products ordered through this website will be fulfilled by Soccer City's production centre in Abbotsford. 

  • All returns for items that were ordered online must be directed through the Abbotsford location. 
  • Items that have been customized (ie: printed, embroidered, etc.) are not eligible for return.
      

In the event you wish to return an item you ordered online for exchange: 

  • You must contact our Abbotsford office for a Return Authorization Number within 14 calendar days after the goods were delivered.
  • A return/exchange will not be accepted without an Authorization Number.
  • You must return the goods in brand new and re-sellable condition (ie: unused, unworn, unwashed).
  • You must return the goods with the manufacturer's tags and original packaging. 
  • The returned goods must be accompanied by your Soccer City invoice/receipt and your return authorization number.
  • It is the client's responsibility to return the item to Soccer City for exchange. Soccer City will then ship the exchange to the client at no additional charge.


  

RETURNS FOR REFUND

Soccer City does not accept product returns for refund.

WARRANTY CLAIM

1. Manufacturers Warranty

The applicable manufacturer's limited liability warranty applies to the goods sold by Soccer City. 

2. Printing / Embellishment Warranty

Soccer City provides a 12 month limited liability warranty on the printing / embellishment services we provide. However, please know that accidents, improper use or care, negligence, and normal wear-and-tear do not qualify as defects that are covered by warranty.

In the event you wish to make a warranty claim for printing / embellishment:

  • You must do so within 12 months of the goods being delivered. 
  • Please call or email us with your order number and provide a detailed explanation of the problem you have experienced. You may be asked to email clear photos for us to review. Please allow up to two business days for us to investigate the claim before we respond.  
  • If the item or printing is deemed to be defective, Soccer City will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (aka: RA Number). At Soccer City's sole discretion, the item will be repaired or replaced and then returned to the customer. No additional forms of compensation are offered.
  • Upon receiving an RA Number, your returned goods must be accompanied by your Soccer City invoice/receipt and your RA Number. Please know that a warranty return will not be accepted without an RA Number.
  • When replacing an item, no substitution of product is permitted. The defective item will be replaced with an item of the same make, colour, size, print, etc.
