The success we've had with our Club supply programs begins with long-standing relationships we've formed with the top brands in global soccer. These relationships allow us to tailor our supply programs to suit the specific needs and budget of each client which, in turn, maximizes value for money while not sacrificing product quality or visual appeal.
At the end of the day Soccer City takes great pleasure in building mutually beneficial relationships with Clubs of all types and sizes. Through a combined head-office, print/production centre and warehouse all under one roof, we are able to provide our Club partners with a fully-integrated supply program.
 | • PROJECT CONSULTATION The essential starting point is getting to know your Club and your specific needs. From there, Soccer City's management team consults with your Club representative(s) to evaluate and select the best product available for your requirements. This includes Soccer City providing brand samples for review and discussion. |
 | • THE TOP BRANDS IN SOCCER Through Soccer City, you're connected with the top brands in global soccer for uniforms, apparel, accessories and equipment. Our long-standing relationships allow us to tailor our supply programs to suit the specific needs and budget of each client without sacrificing quality or visual appeal. |
 | • CUSTOMER SERVICE Soccer City's supply programs include defined processes for common requirements and transactions such as placing orders and facilitating exchanges, among others. While we like to provide automated solutions for your convenience, we know there's no substitution for person to person contact. Accordingly, a Project Manager is assigned to service your Club account and be the go-to person for communications. |
 | • COMPANY & BRAND SUPPORT Having a Club Supply Program agreement with Soccer City opens up the possibility of receiving program support from Soccer City and your chosen brand. Support availability is determined during the initial consultation stage and can be tailored to suit individual Club needs over the lifetime of the agreement. |
 | • INVENTORY PROGRAM An integral part of any Club Supply Program is being able to fulfill ongoing product needs throughout the season. Accordingly, at Soccer City we hold an inventory of program products in our warehouse so we can react to client needs in a timely manner. |
 | • PRINT & PRODUCTION One of the advantages of working with Soccer City is that we have full control over all our production processes. This has been achieved through combining our head office, warehouse and print/production centre all under one roof. This is a key element in providing a fully-integrated Club Supply Program. |
 | • 'TEAM STORE' MANAGEMENT A free Soccer City e-commerce 'team store' will take the weight of your shoulders when it comes to making kit, apparel and equipment available to your Club members. Once an order is placed via the website, our team manages the process all the way through to sending the tracking number to the buyer when the order has shipped. In addition, having a Club Supply Program agreement with Soccer City opens up access for all club members to year-round value, exclusive discounts, and special order products through Soccer City's comprehensive on-line soccer store! |
 | • LOCAL FULFILLMENT There's a lot to be said for working with a supply partner that's in the same time zone (and area code) that you are.
